Hi there!
Over the last twenty-five years, I have taught, tutored, and assisted many people with their
American English communication needs. 


After graduating from Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Secondary Education English and Communications, I taught for two years in suburban Philadelphia. I continued teaching and assisting students in English skills as I raised my children in rural Vermont and West Hartford, Connecticut. I am certified as an English as a second language adult education teacher and taught for West Hartford Public Schools Adult Education for 10 years. Relocating back to Southern Vermont and Hartford, I continue to love connecting with immigrants from around the world.
